We love helping you with your custom screen print transfer orders!
You must have the digital file in either png, svg or ai format.
Once you place your custom screen print order, please email the file (in one of the above formats) to support@DapperDesigns.Store
Designs should be submitted ready for print. Our team will review the file to ensure a quality print and to confirm the width of the design. Our largest standard art board is 12" x 12".
If your file is not print ready or has quality concerns, we will notify you and give you the option to work 1-on-1 with one of our designers. There will be a design fee that ranges from $5 - $25 based on complexity. You will receive the final design file as part of your design fee.
We are able to print a front and back design that are meant for the same shirt on one transfer sheet (example: pocket business logo for the front of the shirt and larger logo for the back of the shirt). Both designs must fit on a 12"x12" art board together.
We do not gang print (print multiple images on one transfer sheet) unless there are hundreds of transfers being purchased. It would not be cost effective for you or for us.
We can provide a mock-up of your design at your request.
Transfers are non-refundable.
CUSTOM TRANSFER ORDERS CANNOT BE PLACED WITH OTHER SCREEN PRINTS OR DTF TRANSFERS. IF THEY ARE PLACED TOGETHER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A SECOND INVOICE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING. **Please be aware that this includes instances of merged hold shipping orders. Customs are not eligible for hold shipping and cannot be merged with other transfers for one shipping fee.**
CUSTOM TRANSFERS CANNOT BE SELECTED FOR "HOLD SHIPPING". YOU WILL RECEIVE A SECOND INVOICE FOR COST OF SHIPPING IF SELECTED AT CHECKOUT.
CUSTOM TRANSFERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PICKUP.
*Colors on your monitor (RGB color more) will appear more vivid than a pressed full color transfer (CMYK color mode). By purchasing a full color screen print transfer, you are acknowledging that you understand that your pressed transfer may be more dull in comparison due to the color mode conversion.
